Arturo Vargas arrived in Torrance in 1978 with 12 years of construction experience and one simple idea: do exceptional work, be honest about pricing, and finish what you start. He started Vargas Construction with two employees and a pickup truck in 1990.
We’ve completed over 1,200 projects across Los Angeles County. Many clients have used us three or four times. Some are on their second generation of Vargas projects. That loyalty is our most important metric.
