Delfor Vargas Sr. founded the company. Today, the business continues with two generations of family involvement, our family has been building and renovating South Bay homes for 35 years — and counting.

Our Story

Built on a Handshake and Kept on a Promise

Vargas Construction began in Granada Hills, California in 1990, when Delfor Vargas Sr. set out to deliver high-quality residential remodeling with a focus on kitchens and bathrooms.

In 2001, his son Del Vargas took a leading role in the company and expanded operations throughout the South Bay. With a focus on improving project management systems and customer experience, the company grew while staying true to its original values.

Today, Vargas Construction is based in Torrance and has completed over 1,200 projects across Los Angeles County. Many of our clients return for multiple projects, and some families are now working with us across generations. That kind of trust is something we take seriously.
